Rhum Fraises Chantilly Au Chocolat
- 1 quart strawberry, topped & washed
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 cup sweet chocolate, grated
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon rum
- Place strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with granulated sugar, then chill in refrigerator for an hour or so.
- When ready to serve, whip the cream, then fold in the chocolate, confectioner's sugar, and rum.
- Serve over chilled strawberries.
