The EASIEST Pork Chop Casserole EVER
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
- 4 -6 pork chops
- sliced mushrooms, optional
- Put rice and broth in a baking dish.
- Put sliced vegetables on top of rice and then layer pork chops on top of rice.
- Cover and bake at 350 deg for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
