Oyako-don with 'Fu' Wheat Gluten

  1. Slice the onion.
  2. Combine the ingredients.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  4. Fry and crumble the minced chicken.
  5. Add the onion and stir.
  6. Add the ingredients and fu.
  7. Flip over the fu and simmer until the onion softens.
  8. Pour over the lightly beaten eggs and turn off the heat when the egg is soft-set.
  9. Transfer onto the rice in a bowl and scatter with mitsuba.
