Beef And Pork Loaf Recipe

• 1 1/4 lb grnd beef
• 1/2 lb grnd lean pork
• 2 c. soft bread crumbs - (abt 2 slices)
• 1/4 c. chopped onion
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1 x egg beaten
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
• 1 dsh nutmeg, cloves or possibly cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp chili pwdr (optional)

1. Mix all together.
2. Pack lightly into a crockpot with rounded top.
3. Cook on LOW 8 to 9 hrs.
