Tangy Onion Paratha(Thepla)

  1. Add flour in one dish
  2. Add onions finely chopped
  3. Add dry masala
  4. Add ginger garlic pest
  5. Add chopped green chilli
  6. Add vinegar,soya sauce,lemon juice,tobesco sauce
  7. Add oil,butter
  8. Mix all well and make dough
  9. Make medium size parathas from dough
  10. With butter cook paratha on non stick
  11. Optional: Serve with tomato salsa made by me recipe given below
