Chinese meat pie

  1. slowly mix the water and flour dont make too wet so add just a little at a time flour surface litely knead dough for 4 minute form a ball place in bowl and cover for 30 minutes.
  2. mix all the ingredients for filling mix together set aside to marinate in bowl 25 minutes
  3. make dough into long cylinder cut into six equal piece
  4. roll out into three inch disc leaving the middle thick
  5. put 2 tablespoons of mixture into center of dough
  6. fold top together pinching tightly together pinching off excess off
  7. form like a hockey puck in size roll gently out dont squeeze the filling out
  8. use just enuff oil to coat bottom of pan fry till brown 3-5 minutes each side with cover on hope you enjoy
  9. serve by its self or with your favorite sauce
