Crab Imperial
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 cups fresh bread, crust removed and cubed
- 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat, shells removed
- Saute onions and peppers in a small amount of butter until soft.
- Put into a bowl.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, bread cubes and mayonnaise.
- Mix to combine ingredients.
- Add crabmeat and gently toss to mix.
- Put into individual serving dishes.
- Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
- Finish under broiler until golden brown.
