Tomato & Basil Pizza Delight
- 4 each flour tortilla, medium
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 pinch oregano
- 6 tbsp marinara
- 30 small baby mozzarella pearls
- 12 each Basil Leaves, fresh
- 16 each cherry tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tsp sea salt, grinded
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- This is for two pizza's.
- Half each ingredient for equal pizza's.
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
- Lay two Tortilla's down and brush the top with the olive oil, and sprinkle with the oregano.
- Place a tortilla on top of the seasoned tortillas.
- Spread Marinara on top of those.
- Place baby mozzarella pearls on top of the sauce.
- Top with basil leaves.
- Toss the diced tomato, onion, salt and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
- Top the pizzas equally with that.
- Bake in the oven for approx.
- 20 minute's or until crispy to your liking.
- Cut into slices, serve, and enjoy!
