Easy! Cheese and Yogurt Ice Cream

  1. For the yogurt, use non-sweetened that comes in a large 500 g container, or sweetened ones in portions.
  2. Bring cream cheese to room temperature, or microwave for 20 seconds to soften.
  3. Use a spoon to knead and make smooth.
  4. Add yogurt to the cream cheese.
  5. Whisk well.
  6. Pour into a flat tupperware container and freeze to harden.
  7. After 2 hours, mix everything until smooth.
  8. Freeze again to harden.
  9. It will be just right after 3-4 hours.
  10. Serve with jam or any other sauce with fruits.
  11. In the picture above, I served the ice cream with "Strawberry Sauce with a Microwave".
