Xxl Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 12 cup white sugar
- 12 cup Splenda sugar substitute (12 packets)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Blend butter, sugars, and splenda.
- Beat in eggs, on at a time.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Dissolve baking soda in water, then add to batter.
- Add salt, flour, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto pans.
- Bake 10 minutes.
