Online Round 2 Recipe - Pork and Cornbread Bites

  1. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Cut the pork chop into 1-inch pieces, add to the pan, and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. To the pan, add the sugar, soy sauce, and hot sauce and cook until the sugar is melted and the sauce thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
  5. To assemble, place a piece of cornbread on a plate, top it with a piece of pork, and drizzle it with the sauce.
  6. Place a small dollop of sour cream on top and secure with a toothpick.
  7. Garnish with the cilantro.
