  1. Add the ground cashew nut powder into the rejuvelac and mix well.
  2. Cover loosely with cling film and leave it at room temperature for 6-10 hours.
  3. When it starts to smell like cheese, put it in the fridge and leave overnight.
  4. Season with salt and it's done.
  5. It's also great if you add black pepper or basil to taste.
  6. There is also sliced cheese made with sake lees.
