Nut Cheese: Easy Raw/Living Food
- 1 cup Ground cashew nuts
- 4 tbsp Brown rice rejuvelac
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Add the ground cashew nut powder into the rejuvelac and mix well.
- Cover loosely with cling film and leave it at room temperature for 6-10 hours.
- When it starts to smell like cheese, put it in the fridge and leave overnight.
- Season with salt and it's done.
- It's also great if you add black pepper or basil to taste.
- There is also sliced cheese made with sake lees.
- You can also make cashew mayonnaise..
