Rich and Tasty Pork and Cheese Wraps
- 6 slice Thinly sliced pork shoulder loins
- 2 Sliced cheese
- 1 as preferred Takana pickles, kimchi, etc.
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 Flour for coating
- Spread out each of the pork slices.
- Cut into just the right size to place the cheese on top.
- Place the cheese on top of the meat.
- Top with takana pickles.
- Wrap them up.
- Coat the meat wraps evenly with flour.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan.
- Align the meat.
- Cover the pan and cook both sides.
- Make sure not to burn.
- When both sides are browned, add soy sauce and mirin.
- Mix the meat with the sauce to finish.
