Passionate Chicken
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 (8 ounce) can fruit cocktail in light syrup, and passionfruit juice
- 1 (5 ounce) canflaked white-meat chicken
- 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
- In medium bowl, toss greens with the fruit, then pile the mixture on a plate.
- Top with the chicken and sprinkle with pine nuts.
- Serve with a hot roll or some crackers.
