Lemon dill green beans

  1. Bring an inch of water to boil in a large sauce pan fitted with a steamer basket.
  2. Add green beans, cover and cook until tender and crisp.
  3. About 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Meanwhile, whisk dill, shallots, oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the green beans and toss to coat.
  7. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving to blend flavors
