Naples-style Octopus Salad
- 200 grams Steamed octopus
- 100 grams Raw scallops
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/2 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Chop up the cucumber, carrot (peeled), and tomato (seeds removed) into bite sized pieces.
- Chop the octopus and scallops into bite sizes.
- Add olive oil and mix everything in a bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Serve with lemon to squeeze right before eating.
