Roasted Red Potatoes

  1. Place oven rack to lowest position and preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Wash red potatoes and pat dry.
  3. Cut in half and place in large bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and toss.
  5. Add the rest of ingredients except thyme and toss again.
  6. Place cut side down on baking pan.
  7. (Something with tall enough sides so olive oil wont leak out).
  8. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes,depending on your oven.
  9. Potatoes should be golden brown and tender when removing them to a serving dish.
  10. Sprinkle thyme on top for added flavor and color.
