Grilled Fish and Chips

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Microwave potatoes on HIGH 10 min.
  3. ; cool slightly.
  4. Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  5. Spread fish with dressing; coat with coating mix.
  6. Place on half of prepared baking sheet.
  7. Cut potatoes lengthwise into thick wedges; place in large bowl.
  8. Add oil; mix lightly.
  9. Spread onto other half of prepared baking sheet.
  10. Place baking sheet on grill grate.
  11. Grill 15 min.
  12. or until fish flakes easily with fork, and potatoes are tender and golden brown.
