Grilled Fish and Chips
- 1-1/4 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 6)
- 1 halibut fillet (1 lb.), cut into 4 pieces
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Microwave potatoes on HIGH 10 min.
- ; cool slightly.
- Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Spread fish with dressing; coat with coating mix.
- Place on half of prepared baking sheet.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise into thick wedges; place in large bowl.
- Add oil; mix lightly.
- Spread onto other half of prepared baking sheet.
- Place baking sheet on grill grate.
- Grill 15 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork, and potatoes are tender and golden brown.
