PLANTERS Perfect Pecan Pie
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
- Add corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt; mix well.
- Stir in pecans; set aside.
- Prepare pie crust as directed on package for filled one-crust pie, using 9-inch pie plate.
- Add pecan mixture.
- Bake 15 min.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
- Continue baking 35 to 40 min.
- or until lightly browned and evenly puffed.
- Cool completely.
