Spicy Tortilla Chips
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 18 tsp. salt
- 18 tsp. sugar
- 18 tsp. cayenne
- 10 (7-inch) flour tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Make seasoning mix: In small bowl, combine all ingredients until blended.
- Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking oil spray.
- Arrange tortilla wedges on prepared sheets.
- Coat wedges with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasoning mix and bake chips until crisp, about 6 minutes.
- Serve right away.
