Chip Steak Recipe

  1. In warm oil, cook onions and peppers till sauteed.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, garlic salt and strain from oil to separate bowl.
  3. Place sliced steak in layers covering well with garlic salt between layers.
  4. Cut through slices to narrow strips.
  5. Fry steak in oil a few at a time.
  6. As done, add in to the bowl of cooked onion and pepper.
  7. Return full things to skillet to heat through again till serving time.
  8. Slice Italian loaf and spread with garlic butter.
  9. Heat as per directions on loaf wrapper.
  10. Serve as "help yourself" sandwiches.
