Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 12 cup softened butter, unsalted
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 cups brown sugar, packed
- 14 cup dried cranberries
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12 cups unbleached flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 34 cup chopped walnuts
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Set aside.
- Combine dry ingredients and mix into wet mix.
- Stir in cranberries, walnuts, seeds and chocolate chips.
- Drop heaping tablespoonfuls on lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes Cool on wire rack.
- Enjoy !
