Grilled Rib-Eye with Glazed Mushrooms

  1. Glazed Mushrooms: Melt butter in ovenproof saute pan on medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms; saute 5 min.
  3. or until browned.
  4. Add steak sauce and pepper; toss to evenly coat mushrooms.
  5. Bake in 300 degrees F convection oven 15 min., tossing every 5 min.
  6. Remove from oven; set aside.
  7. For each serving: Grill 1 steak until desired doneness.
  8. Place 1/2 cup onion straws on one side of plate; top with steak and 1/2 cup mushrooms.
  9. Arrange 5 potato slices on other side of plate.
