Creamy Cheesy Polenta

  1. Bring combined broth and milk to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Gradually add cornmeal, stirring constantly until blended.
  3. Return to boil.
  4. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.
  5. or until cornmeal mixture pulls away from side of pan, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add cheese and garlic powder; stir until cheese is melted.
