Chicken Chow Mein Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. leftover chicken, minced
- 1 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch slices
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. water
- 1 can bean sprout, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 3-4 tbsp. La Choy Soy Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook celery and onions in water till tender.
- Add in chicken and broth.
- Simmer a few min.
- Add in liquid removed bean sprouts and soy sauce and simmer for a few more min.
- Thicken with about 2 Tbsp.
- cornstarch.
- (You can also use pork instead of chicken.
- This is a good way to use leftovers.)
