Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

  1. Cook celery and onions in water till tender.
  2. Add in chicken and broth.
  3. Simmer a few min.
  4. Add in liquid removed bean sprouts and soy sauce and simmer for a few more min.
  5. Thicken with about 2 Tbsp.
  6. cornstarch.
  7. (You can also use pork instead of chicken.
  8. This is a good way to use leftovers.)
