Beijing Chicken

  1. Mix chicken strips with 2 tablespoons of the hoisin sauce.
  2. Spread remaining sauce on partially baked crust.
  3. Spread chicken strips on top.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until crust is browned and chicken is opaque (check undersides of a few pieces to make sure).
  5. Top with lettuce, radishes and scallions.
