Oatmeal Cookies: New - Super Nutritious and Tastety Too!
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup craisins
- 1 cup granola cereal
- 8 ounces whole grain cereal (I use Total, slightly crushed)
- 12 cup almonds
- 14 cup flax seed
- 14 cup wheat germ
- 13 cup coconut (shredded)
- 12 cup powdered milk
- 1 banana
- 13 cup molasses
- 13 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup toffee pieces
- 13 cup butter
- 13 cup coconut oil
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup egg white
- 12 cup wheat flour
- 34 cup rye flour
- 34 cup white flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
- Crush Total Cereal.
- Mash Ripe Banana.
- grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
- Melt butter.
- Mix all ingredients leaving dry quick oats and flour for last.
- Spoon onto cookie sheet in approximately a 1 1/2 inch ball (no rolling or shaping required) and these will not spead so you'll have room for nearly double the amount on an average cookie sheet).
- Bake approximately 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- Let sit while next cookie sheet is being loaded then remove to a large plate to cool.
- Eat!
- Freeze!
- Enjoy!
