Korean Cucumber Kimchee

  1. In a large jar, mix salt, vinegar, sugar, garlic and red pepper powder together.
  2. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Add cucumber and onions.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until flavors develope to your taste.
