Egg Salad BLT
- 4 whole Hard-boiled Eggs, Peeled And Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Dill Pickle, Chopped (1 Should Yield 2 Tablespoons)
- 4 slices Bread, Toasted
- 4 slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp
- 4 whole Lettuce Leaves
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Spread the egg salad evenly on two pieces of the bread, top with bacon, tomato and lettuce.
- Add a piece of bread to the top of each sandwich.
- Makes 2 sandwiches.
