Maple Mustard Glazed Ham
- 1 whole (7 To 8 Lb. Size) Bone-in, Cooked Ham
- 3/4 cups Lightly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown Mustard
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (or whatever the packaging information recommends for the ham you purchased).
- Place ham sliced-side down in a casserole dish greased with cooking spray.
- Score the outside of the ham by slicing the outside of the ham in thick horizontal lines and then in vertical lines (being careful not to cut more than 1 inch into the ham).
- Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
- Using a marinade brush, baste ham with marinade.
- Place in the oven and cook 1 hour and 30 minutes (or according to the directions on the package).
- Baste ham every 20 to 30 minutes with the marinade.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.
