Caramelized Onion Dip with Dijon-Ranch Dressing

  1. Saute yellow onions in oil and butter in heavy saute pan on low heat 10 min.
  2. or until onions are tender.
  3. Remove from heat; cool.
  4. Use pulsing action to process all remaining ingredients except crackers in food processor until well blended.
  5. Stir in onions.
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve with the crackers.
