Scrumptious Sweet Potatoes Recipe
- 2 (23 ounce.) cans sweet potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce.) can peach slices
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. tiny marshmallows
- Drain sweet potatoes.
- Put sweet potatoes into a 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
- Cut up large pcs.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Empty peaches into a sieve over a bowl.
- Put peaches on sweet potatoes.
- Save peach liquid.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches.
- Pour 2 Tbsp.
- of peach liquid over brown sugar.
- Save rest of liquid to use another time.
- Cut butter into pcs and place on top.
- Bake for 30 min.
- Remove from oven and remove foil.
- Top with marshmallows.
- Place in oven uncovered about 10-12 min.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
