Swedish Meatballs
- 3 lb ground beef
- 2 cup grape jelly
- 2 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 salt and pepper
- Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, and dry spices in a mixing bowl.
- Combine
- Form small meatballs and roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until beef reaches 155.
- Meanwhile, combine jelly and ketchup in a sauce pot.
- Heat up while meatballs are cooking.
- Add finished meatballs to sauce pot.
- Serve
- Serve over mashed potatoes.
- Variations; Buttered egg noodles, rice, bell peppers, broccoli, celery
