Swedish Meatballs

  1. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, and dry spices in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine
  3. Form small meatballs and roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until beef reaches 155.
  4. Meanwhile, combine jelly and ketchup in a sauce pot.
  5. Heat up while meatballs are cooking.
  6. Add finished meatballs to sauce pot.
  7. Serve
  8. Serve over mashed potatoes.
  9. Variations; Buttered egg noodles, rice, bell peppers, broccoli, celery
