Cheesy Chicken Fingers

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Coat a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
  3. Melt butter and stir in hot sauce
  4. Allow to cool to room temperature
  5. Soak chicken tenders in butter/hot sauce mixture for 5-10 minutes
  6. While chicken is soaking, process crackers in food process into a fine crumb
  7. Remove chicken fingers and dredge in cracker crumbs, coating thoroughly
  8. Place chicken fingers on pan (you can put them as close together as you want, they can be touching, its fine)
  9. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden on bottom and firm to the touch.
  10. I usually end up cutting one in half to make sure they are done.
  11. Serve with honey mustard for dipping
