Cheesy Chicken Fingers
- 2 sticks Butter
- 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce (more Or Less Depending On Desired Heat)
- 1 package Boneless Chicken Tenders
- 1 box Cheese Flavored Crackers (I Use Better Cheddars)
- 1 container Honey Mustard (or You Can Make Your Own For Dipping!)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Coat a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
- Melt butter and stir in hot sauce
- Allow to cool to room temperature
- Soak chicken tenders in butter/hot sauce mixture for 5-10 minutes
- While chicken is soaking, process crackers in food process into a fine crumb
- Remove chicken fingers and dredge in cracker crumbs, coating thoroughly
- Place chicken fingers on pan (you can put them as close together as you want, they can be touching, its fine)
- Bake 15-20 minutes until golden on bottom and firm to the touch.
- I usually end up cutting one in half to make sure they are done.
- Serve with honey mustard for dipping
