Invasion Francesa Cocktail

• 1 1/4 ounces Jimador Blanco
• 1/2 ounce Cointreau
• 1/2 ounce Remy V
• 1 3-inch sprig tarragon
• 3 bar spoons spring peas
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 1 ounce lime juice
• tarragon for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker muddle together the tarragon and spring peas.
2. Add the remaining ingredients with ice, and shake well.
3. Double strain the margarita into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with small sprig of tarragon.
