Whatcha Got Meatballs
- 1 pound Hamburger
- 1 pound Sausage
- 1 whole Egg
- Onion, To Taste
- Garlic, To Taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Bread Crumbs, As Needed
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- Worcestershire Sauce, To Taste (for The Sauce)
- Place hamburger and sausage into a bowl.
- Add onion and garlic to your taste.
- Add bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Mix well together.
- If mixture seems dry, dont be afraid to add another egg.
- Form mixture into balls.
- If you are using a crock pot, go ahead and place the balls into the crock pot.
- If you want to cook this faster, go ahead and fry them up and place them in a baking dish to put in the oven.
- For meatball sauce, I whip together the mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- The amount of Worcestershire is up to your taste.
- Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
- I then like to take some thinly sliced onion rings and lay them over the top.
- Cook these in the oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or till done.
- If using a crock pot, set on Low and leave for 4 or 5 hours.
