Simple Vegetarian Chili Cheese Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 15 ounces, weight Vegetarian Chili (about 2 Cups)
- 8 ounces, weight Or 2 Cups Cheese, Shredded (Cheddar, Co-Jack, Or A Taco Blend Will Work Best)
- 8 ounces, weight Bag Of Shredded Lettuce, Or About Half A Head Of Iceberg Lettuce Finely Chopped
- Your Favorite Tortilla Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a 9 pie dish or 8 square casserole dish.
- Spread chili evenly over the top the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chili.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until chili is bubbly and shredded cheese is melted.
- Top or serve alongside lettuce and enjoy with tortilla chips.
