Okonomiyaki-style Toast

  1. Cut out the white part of the bread (with your knife cut along the crust).
  2. Slice the bacon and cabbage.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay the crust in the pan.
  4. Fill the cavity with cabbage and bacon.
  5. (Fry over a medium to low heat.)
  6. Salt and pepper.
  7. Stir in the whisked egg and tempura crumbs.
  8. Place the cut-out white part of bread over the ingredients inside the crust.
  9. Press gently.
  10. Flip and fry further.
  11. Put the toppings on the toast and serve.
  12. If you cut the toast, it should look similar to this.
