Green Bean And Sausage Soup Recipe

  1. In a 5 to 6 qt pan, cook bacon over medium heat till crisp.
  2. Remove drain, set aside throw away all but 1 Tbsp.
  3. drippings.
  4. Add in onions, cook till soft.
  5. Stir in stock, potatoes, carrots, parsley, dillweed, marjoram and pepper.
  6. Simmer till potatoes are soft.
  7. Remove 1/2 vegetables and blend return to pan.
  8. Add in green beans and sausage bring to boil, cook uncovered till beans are tender.
  9. 6 to 8 servings.
