Mayonnaise Flavored Chikuwa Piccata
- 5 small Chikuwa
- 1 Egg
- 1 Chopped scallions
- 1 small amout Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise.
- For bento, also cut into 2-3 pieces crosswise.
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Add chopped scallions and a small amount of soy sauce, and mix together.
- Add the mayonnaise into a pan, and turn on the heat.
- When the mayonnaise starts to melt, dip the chikuwa into the Step 2 egg mixture, and pan-fry.
- Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the chikuwa.
- While frying them, flip over once in a while.
- When the egg is cooked through, it's done.
