Porkycheese Pizza #RSC
- 14 lb ground pork
- 1 whole wheat pizza dough, frozen ball
- 34 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 shallots
- 1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cook and break up ground pork until no longer pink.
- Set aside.
- Add parmesan to dough and knead inches Roll pizza dough on lightly floured surface until about 12 inches around.
- Place on a pizza stone( or cookie sheet).
- Sprinkle 1/2 ranch dip over pizza.
- Chop up shallots and sprinkle on dough.
- Crumble pork over top and add rest of dip.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until edges brown.
