Strawberry-Lime Dessert

  1. Stir 1 cup of the boiling water into dry lime gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Refrigerate 45 min.
  5. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  6. Stir in yogurt with wire whisk until well blended.
  7. Pour into 2-qt.
  8. serving bowl.
  9. Refrigerate 15 min.
  10. or until gelatin mixture is set but not firm (gelatin should stick to finger when touched and should mound).
  11. Stir remaining 1 cup boiling water into dry strawberry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  12. until completely dissolved.
  13. Add frozen strawberries; stir until strawberries are separated and gelatin is thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  14. Spoon over lime gelatin layer.
  15. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  16. Top with the whipped topping.
  17. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
