- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Sugar

- Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Add the pork and simmer while coating it with the sauce.
- When the meat is cooked through, add the bean sprouts.
- Cover with a lid and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Open the lid, and add the tofu while crumbling it up with your hands.
- Mix everything together.
- When it is bubbling, it's done.
- Put some rice in a bowl, spoon on plenty of the mixture from Step 3, top with an onsen egg (microwaved) and enjoy.
- To make the onsen egg: put 50 ml of water and 1 egg in a mug, cover with a small plate and microwave for 50 seconds at 500 W.
