* Boiled Pork and Okra Chilled Salad *
- 200 grams - see Simmered pork
- 3 leaves Red leaf lettuce
- 3 leaves Lettuce
- 4 Okra
- 1 Ra-yu
- 1 Ground white sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Make the boiled pork.
- Let it cool and chill in the refrigerator.
- Cut into 3 mm thick slices.
- Boil the okra in salted water.
- Cool and put into the refrigerator to chill.
- Once chilled, cut into half lengthwise.
- Wash the lettuce well and place in cold water to soak to a crisp.
- Drain the water and let cool.
- Put the julienned lettuce on a plate and arrange the meat around it.
- Top with the okra cut in half.
- Top with the sauce and ra-yu, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Delicious Chijimi Sauce -; this sauce is delicious on this pork too.
