Basic Round Bread made in a Moravian Loaf Pan
- 250 grams Strong bread flour
- 20 grams Sugar
- 4 grams Salt
- 1 tbsp Skim milk
- 10 grams Unsalted butter
- 150 ml Water
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 1 enough to coat the pan Oil spray or shortening
- Set all of the ingredients from the strong bread flour to the dry yeast into the bread maker, and leave it up to the machine until the first rise.
- Take the dough out of the bread maker, release the gas, roll it up, cover with a wet cloth, and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Stretch out the dough a little narrower than the width of the the Moravian bread pan, roll it up, and close the seam.
- Place into the greased pan, cover with a wet cloth, and let rise for the second time.
- It should take about 40 minutes to an hour.
- Keep an eye on the dough while it rises, and preheat the oven to 210C.
- After it's done rising, set the oven to 190C, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Next, flip it over, and bake again at 190C for 20 minutes this time.
- Take the bread out of the oven, and carefully remove from the pan.
