Basic Round Bread made in a Moravian Loaf Pan

  1. Set all of the ingredients from the strong bread flour to the dry yeast into the bread maker, and leave it up to the machine until the first rise.
  2. Take the dough out of the bread maker, release the gas, roll it up, cover with a wet cloth, and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Stretch out the dough a little narrower than the width of the the Moravian bread pan, roll it up, and close the seam.
  4. Place into the greased pan, cover with a wet cloth, and let rise for the second time.
  5. It should take about 40 minutes to an hour.
  6. Keep an eye on the dough while it rises, and preheat the oven to 210C.
  7. After it's done rising, set the oven to 190C, and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Next, flip it over, and bake again at 190C for 20 minutes this time.
  9. Take the bread out of the oven, and carefully remove from the pan.
