BBQ Grilled Steak with Tomato-Olive Relish

  1. Combine barbecue sauce, 1/2 tsp.
  2. of the pepper and the juice of the lime.
  3. Place steak in large resealable bag.
  4. Add barbecue sauce mixture; seal bag.
  5. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat steak with the barbecue sauce mixture.
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours to marinate.
  7. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  8. Remove steak from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
  9. Grill steak 15 to 20 min.
  10. or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  11. Transfer steaks to cutting board; cover loosely with foil.
  12. Let stand 10 min.
  13. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, remaining 1/4 tsp.
  14. pepper, the olives, onions and dressing.
  15. Cut steak into thin slices.
  16. Serve topped with the tomato mixture.
