BBQ Grilled Steak with Tomato-Olive Relish
- 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, divided
- 1 lime
- 2 sirloin steaks (1 lb. each) Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes (about 3 medium) King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 16 large pitted green olives, sliced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- Combine barbecue sauce, 1/2 tsp.
- of the pepper and the juice of the lime.
- Place steak in large resealable bag.
- Add barbecue sauce mixture; seal bag.
- Turn bag over several times to evenly coat steak with the barbecue sauce mixture.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours to marinate.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
- Grill steak 15 to 20 min.
- or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
- Transfer steaks to cutting board; cover loosely with foil.
- Let stand 10 min.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, remaining 1/4 tsp.
- pepper, the olives, onions and dressing.
- Cut steak into thin slices.
- Serve topped with the tomato mixture.
