Taco Salad

  1. Brown beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet.
  2. Heat soup and VELVEETA in a medium saucepan until VELVEETA is melted.
  3. Combine mixtures.
  4. Cut up lettuce and tomatoes.
  5. Coarsely crush corn chips.
  6. Combine lettuce, tomatoes and corn chips.
  7. Pour cooled VELVEETA mixture over lettuce mixture.
  8. Toss and serve.
  9. 6-8 servings.
