Lamb Chops with Pineapple-Peach Salsa

  1. In medium bowl, combine salsa ingredients.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Place lamb chops on a broiler pan rack, brush with lemon pepper dressing.
  5. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source, turning once,10 minutes for medium-rare and 12 minutes for medium doneness.
  6. Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper and serve with salsa.
