Cheesy Shepherd's Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. For topping, combine half the soup with the mashed potatoes and set aside.
  3. Brown beef, onion, garlic and pepper, drain.
  4. Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese.
  5. Add the vegetables--I like broccoli, carrots, peas or mixed veggies--with the rest of the soup, Worcestershire and oregano.
  6. Spoon meat mixture into pan, spread the potato mixture over that.
  7. Bake 20 minutes or until topping is a nice golden brown.
