Carmel Apple Pie
- 1 9 in deep dish pie crust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 eighth teaspoon salt
- 3 golden delicious apples
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar (topping)
- 1/2 cup flour (topping)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (topping)
- 1/2 cup butter (topping)
- Set oven to 375 degreees.
- Stir together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
- Add apple slices and coat with sugar mixture.
- Put in pie shell.
- Add topping mixture.
- Bake 25 minutes with foil and 25 without foil.
